Challenge: The project required high operational readiness and multi-stakeholder coordination within an active business environment, while maintaining clarity in execution workflow and delivery outputs.

Solution / Execution Methodology:
Execution was carried out through clear scope planning and structured scheduling to ensure continuity, followed by disciplined on-site implementation with phased inspections. This was complemented by Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and documentation aligned with project requirements, leading to a well-documented handover and post-delivery support when needed.
